ADVANCE PAYMENT – PAYMENT

A deposit will be required during the booking process for your booking to take effect. All bookings are on hold until we have received your deposit for this booking. NO booking is considered “confirmed" until we have received a deposit or full payment of the booking made

BALANCE OF PAYMENT 

You will be asked to pay the remaining amount for the reservation (full amount minus deposit) upon arrival at the hotel. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card. Accepted credit cards are: Visa, Euro/Mastercard.

CANCELLATIONS / MODIFICATION OF RESERVATIONS / NON-APPEARANCE

Please note: If the reservation is canceled 15 days before your arrival, or in case of no-show, your deposit will not be refunded. How to cancel You can reply to the confirmation email sent to you immediately after your booking. You can also contact us directly.

DEPARTURE BEFORE THE COMPLETION OF YOUR BOOKING DAYS

If you decide to leave the hotel before the end of all your booking days: During the High Season, you will have no refunds for the remaining days During the Low Season, you will be charged 50% of the remaining days of your booking.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

Your personal and credit card information is managed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). The SSL standard uses an encryption protocol to ensure that your data is protected and cannot be viewed or used by third parties. All credit card details are managed by a secure payment system with a digital security certificate.

Korali Hotel does not withhold credit card details, which are treated in accordance with Greek law and only for the purpose of completing the online transaction.

When you decide to make a reservation, then your personal information is sent to the hotel, which uses this information, according to Greek law, only to ensure the correct provision of booking services. Your personal information may not be published or disclosed to third parties without your written consent.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

1. Are taxes included in room rates?

✓ Yes, the pricing information provided by our online booking system is final and includes all  taxes. However, this does not include any applicable hotel service charges, optional  charges  (such as restaurant, bar or telephone  calls). The hotel will assess these fees and  charges upon check-out.

2. Do I have to pay for the room in advance?

✓ A deposit is required to finalize your booking.

3. What types of credit cards are accepted?

✓ Visa, MasterCard

4. I do not have a credit card. Can I book a room?

✓ If you do not want to use our Secure Payment system you can also pay by bank transfer. You can contact us directly for more information on this topic.

5. How do I know that my ONLINE booking has been confirmed?
✓ You will receive an email stating that your booking has been confirmed. You may also receive a phone call from our hotel.

6. Can I book a room by email or phone?

7. I made a reservation but received no confirmation. What should I do?

8. How can I cancel or change my reservation?
